• A response to all offers will be provided by 5 pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022.

• All offers MUST be in writing on the Purchase and Sale Contract template, which will be provided on this website. This is our preferred form, but we will also accept offers on the Vermont Realtors template. It is suggested that offers be signed and sent via DocuSign.

• Our preferred closing date is March 11, 2022

• Deposits will be held in escrow by seller’s attorney.
