Scheduling

Okay, so this is so sweet I had to share it. Brag about it. Whatever. It’s my blog, so you get to hear the sweetness.
I have Fridays and Tuesdays off (no class) because I switched out of stupid philosophy with stupid boring professor from stupid Stanfurd. Nuff said. Today (Thursday) I have one little discussion section from 10-11, and nothing else. Monday is a holiday.
Put it all together, and I’ve got a five day weekend starting today. I don’t have to go back to school until Wednesday. And I’m turning 21 on Saturday! Oh, happy birthday to me, I have been blessed by the gods of scheduling.
I know you’re all thinking, “Good! He’ll have time to finish zenphoto!” Yeah, I’m thinking that too. But gimme a little break for my 21st. 
Also, after much much more listening, Death Cab’s Plans continues to be excellent. It’s one of those albums I just can’t stop listening to. Illinoise by Sufjan Stevens is also amazing; actually better than Plans, I think, but they’re both great.

Oh and I’m really liking Plans too, I’m really into #5 and #11 (which I’ve heard before, from one of their old singles or something).
Yeah, 5 is like out of their normal style. I like. Stable Song (11) is a remix of “Stability” from the Stability EP (I like the original better, but for what Plans is, they had to put it at the end).
My favorites so far are 1, 8, and 10. Actually the only one I don’t really like is 7… just doesn’t seem to have any drive to it. All good though. I’ve been addicted to it for three days.
Plans is bloody brilliant, and happy birthday man. I just recently turned 21 when I was still back home state-side, so I wish you the best of luck with that. If you were out here in London I’d offer to get you a pint. If you can find Tetley’s back there give it a shot when you head it, it’s real smooth. Don’t worry about updates to ZenPhoto, enjoy your birthday. There’ll be plenty of 5 week long weekends for you to work on it later ;). Well, I must get back to things here, cheers mate!

No hangover… not a drop in fact. It will be remembered as the lamest 21st birthday ever.
