Google is Down…

What do I do? I’ve never felt so… lost….
Okay, it’s not that big a deal. Except that it kind of is. It seems to be a DNS problem (but, inconveniently, all over the world as I’ve verified from several shell accounts). That kind of sucks for them.
In the meantime, I would reccomend a9.com, which is supposedly based off google (which is why its image results are broken, I presume) or… dare I say… search.msn.com. Just kidding.
Have no fear—looking across the bay, I see no signs of a nuclear attack on the city of Mountain View, so I assume it’ll be back soon. Until then, maybe this is just google’s way of saying “It’s a beautiful day here in the bay area. Go outside!” Because it is.

My mom might kill me if she reads this, but it’s getting light outside, and I thought I would record that fact. Nothing like a near-all-nighter finishing a CS project.
By the way, if anyone needs a partially-disabled Python compiler for the x86 architecture, I’m your man.
(So now you know what I’ve been doing for the last two weeks…)
Also, if you have a chance, listen to Ben Folds’ new album “Songs for Silverman” (iTunes link). It’s excellent. Review coming soon.
