I’m trying to decide which is funniest.
1. The name of the photo
2. If you take the headline at face value, Bush seems to have declared a victory in the category of speech. Which doesn’t quite computate. I guess I misunderestimated him.
3. The description… “2004 Presidential” (presidential what?)
